Due to the delicate nature of our custom built furniture, these items are sent through our white glove delivery team when you select shipping at checkout. For locations outside of North Texas, please plan for delivery within 2-4 weeks of your order’s completion period.

• Use protection with liquids. Wipe spills immediately and do not allow liquid to collect on the surface.
• Avoid contact with hot items. Use placemats or barriers as necessary.
• Clean using a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive materials such as paper towels.
• Do not use harsh chemicals and detergents as they may damage or deteriorate the finish.
• Wood is a natural material and responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Extreme fluctuations can cause wood furniture to crack and/or finishes to lift. As a precaution, do not place wood furniture directly above or below air vents/space heaters.
• Door hinges may loosen or become misaligned in transport or over time. This can be easily remedied with a phillips head screwdriver.
